How do I know my coffee is fresh?

We roast our beans in small batches daily at our London roastery. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we recommend consuming it within four to six weeks for the best flavor profile.

What does 'Carbon Negative' coffee mean?

As a carbon-negative roastery, we offset more carbon than we emit throughout our entire production process. We achieve this through sustainable sourcing, eco-friendly roasting technology, and reforestation partnerships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our specialty coffee worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You also have the flexibility to change your coffee selection or delivery frequency.

Are your coffee pods compatible with Nespresso machines?

Yes, our home-compostable coffee pods are fully compatible with standard Nespresso 'Original' machines. Please note they are not compatible with Vertuo or professional machines.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if your equipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
